i have been in menopause for over 5 years. Ive taken all treatments and medicine including herbal. My doctor recommends HRT however, majority of women who have taken HRT do not recommend it due to many side effects such as bloating, nausea, headaches, blood clotting etc. Anyone who has taken HRT could give me any information negative or positive?

I have my anxiety during the day not night. Does this mean I can’t take during the day because I’ll be too drowsy?
