If a teenager at school get caught smoking a herbal cigarette, can the school punish the teenager i?
I say no, because herbal cigarettes DO NOT contain any tobacco and has no nicotine content. As the law stands, a cigarette has to have tobacco which has a measurable amount of nicotine. Do you agree? By the way, herbal cigarettes do taste good. Can you still get cancer?

When I speak, I suddenly experience my heart pumping fast, sweating, blockage below the chest area, pain in the head (feels like my head is being squeezed), nervousness, and anxiety.
