Menopause Herbal

I am having really bad night sweats and day sweats for that matter .I am hoping someone has experienced a herbal remedy for thyis that does work.The nights are especially bad..

what kinds of side effects are there? can you drink on them?

Please ONLY post a reply if you are experiencing the menopause or have been through it. Mostly I am coping but am finding the “sweats” really difficult. I have an appointment to see my GP about the problem on Wednesday.

I was wondering how effective is it? And how long does it take for it to take effect?
I’m trying to look for natural remedies and not use Cialis or Viagra.
Anyone know of other natural herbal medication that works well?
